As a qualified pluralistic counsellor, I believe counselling should be as individual as the person coming to it. You bring your own way of experiencing the world, and I bring my knowledge and experience as a counsellor. Together, we'll explore what you'd like from counselling and find ways of working that feel right for .
I draw on narrative therapy, CBT, existential and emotion-focused approaches, with an interest in neuroscience. I enjoy bringing creativity into counselling through cards, art, movement and mindfulness, especially when something feels difficult to put into words.
I place a strong emphasis on integration, the process of finding meaningful ways to bring what we discover in counselling into everyday life. This might include gentle challenges, personal rituals or creative exercises that we develop together and adapt as we go.

People seek counselling for many different reasons. These are just a few.

Perhaps you've spent years masking to fit in, or you're beginning to wonder whether you're neurodivergent. With or without a diagnosis, we can explore your experiences and discover what genuinely works for you.
When your thoughts keep racing ahead, even ordinary moments can feel exhausting. We can explore what happens when anxiety takes hold and what helps you feel steadier.
